Return and Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., generator parts, industrial tools) reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Process: To initiate a return, email gbsselva@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
• Conditions: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds: Once the item is inspected at our Chennai facility, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
