  • Commercial Use: These terms apply to all buyers, including individual contractors and corporate entities purchasing Construction equipment or related parts/services.

Products, Pricing, and Payment

  • Product Description: We deal in genuine Case construction equipment, including backhoe loaders, excavators, and related spare parts. We provide no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information regarding specific machinery specifications beyond manufacturer documentation.
  • Pricing & Payments: All prices are subject to change and include or exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per the GST Act. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • Payment Terms: Standard payment terms apply. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • Harsha’s Solution Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of industrial machinery or services provided. You agree that your use of our services is at your own risk.
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns only under specific conditions due to the nature of heavy industrial equipment.

Eligibility

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Accepted Reasons: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (e.g., Parts, industrial tools) reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: Heavy machinery and customized equipment are non-returnable but are covered under their respective service warranties provided by the manufacturer or ourselves.

Process

  • Inspection: Items must be returned to our Chennai facility for inspection.
  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Most orders for parts are dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Heavy Equipment: Heavy equipment may require additional lead time for testing, logistics, and securing appropriate transport, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Areas and Charges

  • Service Area: We ship across India, primarily serving Tamil Nadu and surrounding regions.
  • Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance. For heavy machinery, specific shipping quotes may be provided separately after the order is placed to ensure accurate costing.

Transit Risks and Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners but will assist in tracking and resolving issues. We use reliable carriers and ensure appropriate transit insurance is in place for all major equipment sales.
